All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Your order will be delivered in 1 to 3 working days. After placing your order you will receive a tracking link by mail to follow your shipment.

Your return will be processed within 7 working days from the day we have received the shipment. After processing you will receive a confirmation from us and we will refund the returned articles within 2 to 4 working days. If you have not received a message after 5 working days after your package has arrived, please contact our customer service at support@markenuhrenoutlet.com

Markenuhren Outlet supplies all watches with official warranty documents and manual.

We ship al orders with UPS.

Please contact our customer care team and provide them with the following information: - a description of the defect, - a picture of the defect (if visible), - reference number of your order or a copy/picture of the receipt - the details of your address and your phonenumber Based on this information we will be able to further assist you. Please keep the defective item in your possession until further notice, since you may be asked to return it to us, in which case we will provide you with the return instructions.

Markenuhren Outlet grants a two year warranty period on the watches. Warranty can only be claimed if you have purchased your watch on our website.

Markenuhren Outlet offers free shipment to all countries available for shipment.
