Shipping
If you order before 16.00 hours Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day, which means that you will receive your delivery in 1-2 working days with UPS.

Unfortunately we do not know when the courier will deliver your shipment. As soon as we hand over the shipment to UPS, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code. You can use this to track the package.

Returns
We ask you to note the following when returning:

• You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Send an email to info@markenuhrenoutlet.com to receive instructions how you can return your order

• The product is undamaged and shows no signs of use.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the accessories supplied, the guarantee certificate and the instructions for use. Labels, stickers and protective films must not be removed and the watch straps must not be adjusted.

In the following cases, we cannot process your returns or process them in full:

• Gift wrap does not need to be returned - there is no refund.

• If you return your order damaged but it can be repaired, we will contact you regarding further processing. In this case you may incur costs.

• If you return your order damaged and / or with traces of use and it cannot be repaired, the product will be returned to you in the same condition.

Within three working days of receiving your return shipment, you will receive an email directly from us.

We strive to reimburse you for the purchase amount within 7 days of cancellation.

Before we can issue the refund, we must have received the product in good condition or have evidence that you sent the package.

The refund is always made using the same payment method that you used to pay.
